Blackjack: the lowest house edge in the building — if you play it
With basic strategy, blackjack runs a house edge near 0.5% — the best odds a casino willingly offers. That number is conditional: it assumes the printed strategy decision for every hand, and it moves with the rules. 3:2 blackjack payout, dealer standing on soft 17, late surrender and re-splittable aces push the edge down; 6:5 payout alone pushes it up by ~1.4% and outweighs every other favourable rule combined. The table rules are on every card here — read the payout line first.
RNG or live table
RNG blackjack deals from freshly shuffled decks every hand (card counting is pointless), starts at €0.10–€0.50, and has a demo mode to drill strategy without cost. Live tables from Evolution or Ezugi deal physical cards on camera, seat limited players (bet behind fills the gap), start higher — and carry the same maths when the rules match. One warning for bonus players: most bonuses weight blackjack at 10% or exclude it entirely; wagering a bonus at the blackjack table is usually the terms' most expensive mistake.
